We are a group of professionals with a mixed bag of experiences and a passion for happy, productive teams. We couldn’t sit by and not share our experiences – leading teams can be a challenge and we have designed systems that work.

Why should I use govox?

There isn’t a team out there that wouldn’t benefit from govox and getting closer together. Our platform focuses on giving you key insights (not just data) that enable you to make targeted and measured interventions.

What is the Wellbeing Check-in?

This is at the heart of what we do – happy people and happy teams deliver exceptional results. Developed by experts, our check-in proposition helps you understand who needs your support, and when. From perfectly formed small teams to large organisations, the more you get to know your people, the more supportive you can be and the better environment you can create. 

Why should I use the Wellbeing Check-in?

Because you care about your people… simple. It takes minutes to do and you will be able to use the insight to support with the right interventions. The Wellbeing Check In doesn’t replace everything you do, it just gives you an early ‘heads up’ and a way to accurately measure the impact of key events in your business.

How many people can I ‘check in’ on, in my team? 

As many as you need to. You set the team size and confirm how often you want to check-in. No team too small, no team too big.

What information do you need, for me to get started?

You have better things to do with your time than a load of admin and set up, so we do that for you. We simple need a list of your team names and email addresses, and confirmation of how often you want to check in.

For our bespoke surveys we need a list of questions, but we will talk you through that and help manage the surveys to drive the best insight.

Can I tailor my own surveys?

Yes, through our Custom Surveys.

How do I get the results back?

Survey results are collated and key insights identified. We then simply email them to the person you nominate (which could be you). Again keeping it nice and simple, we want to free up your time so you can spend it with your team… making a real difference.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we don’t share it or sell it. Your data is kept to the very minimum to help our system run for you.
