Introducing the Dashboard

The innovative Dashboard shows any ‘red flags’ identified as a result of the survey. These are arguably a great place to start when deciding on how to best allocate your resources as many of the issues flagged could be easily rectified. Whether that’s a simple chat over a coffee with a manager, or arranging a more formal meeting with a welfare officer, the first step towards making improvements is to be made aware of any issues. 

In govox surveys, there is an option for ‘Comments’, which are presented within the Dashboard and highlight any thoughts or feelings the person wishes to vocalise. It’s really simple but often people either do not feel comfortable vocalising their feelings or they’re just not asked. We at govox believe in having the ‘conversations that matter’, and so this is a great place to start.

Our unique ‘Happiness Score’ demonstrates in a measurable manner just how happy your team are, on a scale of 0 to 25. This in turn enables you to prioritise your response and action any support mechanisms necessary. With govox, overtime we’d like to work with you to make your people much happier.
